What is bandwidth and storage space?
Disk space is the size your website can be. Bandwidth/Transfer is the amount of data the server will allow your site to send in a month.
What are 'Hits'?
Hits - this simply refers to the number of 'elements' loaded on your site. If one page has five images in it, viewing that page once adds 6 hits (one page + five images).

Consider sub domains as an extension of your domain. For example, your site is www.example.com. A sub domain would be test.example.com.
How do I upload my site online?
There are multiple ways, we recommended using FTP or File Transfer Protocol. However you can also use Cpanel's built in file manager.
I am using too much bandwidth, how can I reduce it?
You can try to make sure your images are optimized JPEGs look just as good with a higher compression level. The easiest way to keep quality though is simply to upgrade your package.
